LUCKNOW, May 3 -- A total of 180 young speakers expressed their views on the second day of the three-day state-level 'Viksit Bharat Yuva Sansad 2026' at Uttar Pradesh legislative assembly on Saturday. The speakers integrated various dimensions such as employment, startup ecosystem, Digital India, AI, rural development, women's empowerment, green economy and skill development. Many of them emphasised that the Union Budget is not merely an economic blueprint, but a roadmap for social transformation. They said that while it provided opportunities to the youth, it also entrusted them with the responsibility of building a developed and a truly modern nation.
