UP Board opens help-desk for Class 10 and 12 students
Prayagraj, Jan. 7 -- The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UP Board) has launched a help-desk for students appearing in class 10 and class 12 examinations in 2026. The facility is also available for Intermediate practical examinations.
Officials said the helpdesk is working at the Board's headquarters and all five regional offices. It aims to help students with subject-related doubts, exam stress, fear and other queries.
Students can contact the helpdesk through mobile numbers, landline phones, toll-free numbers and email. Subject experts are available to answer academic questions, while counsellors from the Bureau of Psychology, Uttar Pradesh, will help students deal with stress and anxiety.
UP Board secretary Bhagwati Singh said the help-desk has been started about one and a half months in advance to give timely support to students. If a subject expert is not available at the time of a query, the student will be contacted later and the problem will be solved.
The help-desk will remain active until the examinations end on March 12. The board has advised students to use this service to clear their doubts and reduce exam pressure. htc...
