Lucknow, Jan. 29 -- Japan's willingness to invest in wellness and cultural tourism aligned strongly with Uttar Pradesh's vision of becoming a global tourism hub, said Uttar Pradesh tourism and culture minister Jaiveer Singh, hinting that the state was looking at long-term collaborations with the island country. On Wednesday, a high-level interaction took place between a Japanese delegation from Yamanashi Prefecture, led by its vice-governor Junichi Ishidera, and senior officials of the Uttar Pradesh government headed by Singh in Lucknow.
