India, Jan. 26 -- Actor Sneha Wagh, who was recently in Lucknow, shared her fondest memories of Republic Day, highlighting the deep sense of patriotism the day evokes in her. For Sneha, the national day is inextricably linked to her school and college days, filled with national pride and celebratory events. "When in school and college such days were all about celebrations and events. As kids, we waited for these special occasions! I have performed on all patriotic songs of that time. Ae Mere Watan ke Logon... still gives me goosebumps any day, " says Shena. She explained that the atmosphere created by patriotic music on those days still resonates strongly with her. "Those events where constantly patriotic songs were played brought so much positive vibes, still when I hear those songs mein toh bilkul bahav vibhor ho jaati hoon," she says, adding that the nostalgia travels with her. "Even when I am travelling it brings the same kind of nostalgia for me. For some days leaving in a different country for holiday or work is very different else for me I just can't say from my land for very long." On the professional front, Sneha is making a comeback to television, which temporarily pulls her away from her humble life in Vrindavan (UP). "As everyone know I have been living on a suitcase, as I spend most of my time in Vrindavan. Mumbai ki bhaag-daud waali zindagi ke comparison mein wahan jeewan bahut alag hain. It's a humble life, with no celebrity status. Good air, good food and simple dressing but kaam ke liye toh aan hota hain," she adds. Given the demanding schedule of a daily show, she currently manages to sneak away for a day or two to return to her spiritual home. "As it's a TV daily, so I am somehow sneaking day or two to go back to my Radha-Raman ji. Once the bank is created, hopefully I will be staying there for more time," she ends....
