PRAYAGRAJ, June 18 -- Assailants arriving in two SUVs and a motorcycle opened fire in the Biharganj market under the Nagar Kotwali police station in Pratapgarh on Tuesday morning, injuring two cousin brothers who run sweet shops in the area. Another local shopkeeper's brother was also injured in the incident. According to police, the attackers fled in the direction of Antoo after the assault. The injured were rushed to Pratapgarh Medical College, where superintendent of police (SP) Anil Kumar visited and inquired about their condition. Both were later referred to Prayagraj for further treatment. As per reports, the injured were identified as Mukesh Jaiswal, 32 and Amit Jaiswal alias Tinku, 26, both residents of Biharganj market and owners of separate sweet shops. Amit's elder brother, Dilip alias Rinku, 36, who arrived to help, was also beaten and injured. The attackers fired in the air before fleeing the scene toward Antoo in their vehicles. Two of the accused involved in the shooting were arrested following a police encounter in Gadai Chakdeiya village later in the day. The accused were identified as Massan, 40, and Irshad, 40....
