LUCKNOW, Jan. 24 -- Secondary education officials are urging students to seek help from the TELE-MANAS helpline for exam-related stress and anxiety. Tele-Mental Health Assistance and Networking Across States or TELE-MANAS is a Union ministry of health and family affairs. It can be reached at 14416 and 800-891-4416, and the service is available 24x7. Secondary education joint director (Lucknow Division) Pradeep Kumar Singh said: "With board examinations around the corner, students can benefit from the Tele-MANAS helpline. Experts will provide accurate guidance not only for improving mental health but also for increasing awareness about it. The helpline will also assist those whose exam anxiety and stress begin to affect their daily routine and lead to unexpected behavior," said Singh.
