PRAYAGRAJ, March 6 -- Two young men, Manoj Kumar Gautam ,21, of Ruda village and Rahul Gautam ,20, of Chandapur village, died after their motorcycle hit a road divider near Mansaita village under Tharwai police limits. They were travelling to Sahason to meet a relative. Locals took them to SRN Hospital, where they were declared dead on arrival. Their families cremated the bodies that night without a post-mortem. Meanwhile, 20-year-old Anshu Pal, resident of Sherpur village under Airport police station, died after his high-speed motorcycle hit a divider near Kotiya village in Sarai Akil, Kaushambi. He was not wearing a helmet and suffered severe head injuries. A 31-year-old advocate from Karchana tehsil died on Wednesday after his scooter collided head-on with a motorcycle near Khai Mori under Karchana police limits. He was declared dead at a private hospital. On Tuesday evening, Mahesh Kumar Bharatiya, 38, of Sarai Lili (Khojapur) under Phulpur police station died when the auto rickshaw he was travelling in overturned on the Prayagraj-Varanasi road while avoiding another vehicle. Several passengers were injured. In Pratapgarh, a woman riding a moped was crushed to death by a gas cylinder truck. Harishankar Prajapati, her father, who was driving the moped, was injured. The victim, Sunita Devi ,40, was rushed to Prayagraj but died during treatment. The truck driver fled, leaving the vehicle near a petrol pump, and police have seized it for investigation.htc...
