LUCKNOW, Feb. 17 -- Renowned singer Hariharan was conferred the prestigious Naushad Samman during the 'Rang-e-Awadh' programme, organised by Hunar Creation and Craft Association in collaboration with the UP Sangeet Natak Akademi, at MB Club on Monday.
