Riyadh passenger suffers medical emergency at Lucknow airport
LUCKNOW, Jan. 20 -- A passenger arriving from Riyadh suddenly fell ill inside the terminal at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport on Monday, prompting swift action by airport security and medical staff.
Mohammad Sameer Khan, who arrived on Flynas flight XY-333 from Riyadh, suffered a sudden health complication shortly after disembarking.
The flight landed at around 11:40 am, and within minutes- at about 12:10 p.m.-he colla-psed inside the terminal after experiencing heavy nasal bleeding.
Noticing his worsening condition, CISF personnel deployed at the airport immediately alerted the airport's medical unit.
A medical team rushed to the spot, conducted a preliminary examination, and found his condition to be serious.
He was promptly shifted to Lok Bandhu Hospital by ambulance for advanced treatment.
Hospital sources said Mohammad Sameer Khan is undergoing treatment and remains under medical observation.
His relatives, who had come to the airport to receive him, are at the hospital and are coordinating with the doctors.
Airport authorities said the timely intervention by security personnel and me- dical staff ensured that the passenger received imme- diate medical care without any delay....
