Pak to play in T20 WC but boycott India game
Mumbai, Feb. 2 -- Pakistan will participate in the upcoming T20 World Cup but will not play the highly anticipated group-stage match against India on February 15, its government said on Sunday.
The tournament, co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka, begins on Saturday.
"The Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan grants approval to the Pakistan Cricket Team to participate in the ICC World T20 2026," the government posted on its official X account.
