LUCKNOW, Jan. 28 -- Commuters in Hazratganj saw on Tuesday the previous arrangements for traffic management being brought back, allowing them to jump the other side of the road without having to take a longer U-turn. However, officials said the move was only for a few days. "The U-turn system will be back again. It has been removed for the time being due to heavy traffic movement on account of the parade and other events," said DCP-Traffic Kamlesh Dixit, adding that the new arrangement was proving to be successful and had been accepted by the public, albeit after some criticism.
