LDA announces 'AishbaghSquare' with 384 luxury flats
LUCKNOW, Jan. 29 -- The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to launch a new residential project, Aishbagh Square, comprising 384 luxury apartments of about 1,900 square feet each, officials said. Four 27-storey towers will be constructed along Mill Road in Aishbagh.
LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar said registration for the flats will be open from January 29 to February 28. Applications can be submitted exclusively through the LDA website, with a registration fee of 5% (2.5% for reserved categories) of the estimated cost. The flats will be allotted through a lottery system, he added.
Kumar said the project is located close to Charbagh railway station, metro stations and key commercial hubs. He said, that the project will offer 3-BHK flats with study rooms, priced from Rs.1.11 crore.
Special officer Devansh Trivedi said the residential complex will have a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, children's play area, power backup and parking space for over 600 vehicles.
The project is expected to be completed in three years, with possession likely within five years. Registered applicants will be able to pay the total cost in 36 monthly instalments, while early payments made within 45 to 90 days would attract a discount of 4% to 6%, officials said....
