Lakhimpur Kheri, June 19 -- The 'Har Gaon Talab' campaign, led by IAS officer and CDO Abhishek Kumar, has earned a place in the Indian Book of Records 2025 for constructing 1,030 water ponds across Kheri district in just 30 days. The initiative, launched on May 15, was aimed at water conservation and rural development. Felicitated by India Book of Records on Wednesday, CDO Kumar and DM Durga Shakti Nagpal called the effort a model of community participation.
