Lucknow, Jan. 24 -- The King George's Medical University's Saraswati Temple Courtyard (Maa Sharadhalay) hosted a celebration on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami. The event featured Maa Saraswati worship, yagya and hawan rituals, a vibrant art exhibition, and floral rangoli displays across the entire campus, stated a press release shared with the media on Friday. Deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak also participated in the celebrations and extended his best wishes to all the students and attendees. Jaiveer Singh, cabinet minister for tourism and culture was present at the event as the chief guest. He lauded the arrangements and expressed his appreciation for the cultural spirit of the event.
