Jhansi, Feb. 1 -- A series of programmes marked the second foundation day of Jhansi here on Saturday. The day-long events started with a five-kilometre mini marathon starting from the historic Jhansi fort, which culminated at the Major Dhyan Chand stadium. A host of cultural events along with an exhibition was hosted by the Nagar Nigam at Raja Gangadhar Rao Kala Manch, an open air auditorium situated in the foothills of the fort.
