Innovation Festival begins at Regional Science City
LUCKNOW, Feb. 11 -- A two-day Innovation Festival began at Regional Science City on Tuesday. It was inaugurated by secretary and director of Uttar Pradesh Council of Science & Technology (UP CST), Ramesh Chandra.
A total of 58 grassroots innovators showcased their ideas and models, while more than 40 projects from schools, colleges, and engineering institutions were exhibited, showcasing creativity, scientific temperament, and problem-solving skills among young minds.
Chandra said, "The vision of a Viksit Bharat can be realised by fostering innovation, scientific temper, and sustainable development.Students must think critically and contribute solutions for national development through science and technology."A Popular Science Lecture was delivered by Sanjay Batra, former scientist, CSIR-CDRI, who spoke about the role of innovation in advancing human development and sustainability.
