LUCKNOW, Feb. 19 -- Uttar Pradesh chief secretary SP Goyal on Wednesday directed officials to ensure effective grievance redressal and implementation of flagship welfare schemes in all districts. Chairing a weekly review meeting with all divisional commissioners and district magistrates via video conferencing, he said all complaints received during Jan Sunwai at district and sub-divisional offices must be mandatorily uploaded on the grievance portal and resolved locally in a time-bound and qualitative manner.
