VARANASI, Feb. 20 -- Four notorious interstate robbers were arrested from two different locations in Ahraura police station area of Mirzapur district on Thursday in connection with a robbery that took place in Rajkishore Nagar, in Bilaspur of Chhattisgarh on February 17, Mirzapur police said. They said that two accused were arrested during vehicle checking, while two accomplices were arrested after an encounter. An illegal pistol, two revolvers with cartridges, 3.768 kg of jewellery and Rs 1,46,100 were recovered from them, said Mirzapur superintendent of police Aparna Rajat Kaushik. The accused were identified as Vinod alias Binu Prajapati of Kota Rajasthan, and Karim Khan of district Bareilly, and their two accomplices , Vijai Lamba of Jagatpuri, New Delhi East, and Monu alias Rahul alias Rohit alias Gudwa of district Gautam Budh Nagar, said a police officer....
