LUCKNOW, March 5 -- Uttar Pradesh Police was awarded the FICCI Smart Policing Award by FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) in four categories on Tuesday. The felicitation ceremony was organised under the FICCI Smart Policing Award at FICCI Federation House, New Delhi. 129 entries were received, out of which UP Police was awarded the maximum of the four Smart Policing Awards," read a press note from Prashant Kumar, DGP Office. The award was given to Amitabh Yash, DGP UP and ADG law and order for the 'Trinetra 2.0' initiative. While Anupam Kulshreshtha, ADG Agra Zone was given for her women safety initiative titled 'Operation Jagriti.' Likewise, Naveen Arora, ADG Technology, won under 'Crime Analytics and Predictive Policing Portal' category and Satish Kumar, Commandant SDRF Lucknow was given for the 'Aapada Mitra' initiative. htc...
