Lucknow, Feb. 5 -- : A cancer awareness walk was organised by Satyarth Hospital on Kanpur Road on Sunday under the leadership of Dr Vivek Malhotra and Dr Monica Malhotra. The walk aimed to spread awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and support for patients. Before the walk began, Dr Vivek Malhotra addressed the participants and explained the purpose of the campaign. He stressed the need to reduce and eliminate tobacco use, follow healthy food habits, and maintain an active lifestyle to prevent cancer. Mukesh Singh, chairman of the UP coordination committee, Indo-American chamber of commerce, also spoke on the occasion. He urged people to carry the message forward and educate their communities. He highlighted the importance of spreading awareness about cancer symptoms and encouraging regular health check-ups. More than 200 people took part in the walk, including students, doctors, paramedical staff, and local residents.
