New Delhi, Jan. 30 -- The Delhi high court on Thursday refused to pass an order immediately directing maintenance of status quo with respect to the Rani Kapur (RK) Family Trust, which existed at the time of the death of late businessman Sunjay Kapur. The Trust was constituted under a trust deed dated October 26, 2017, and holds a shareholding in automotive component manufacturer Sona Comstar. Rani had earlier alleged that the trust was formed fraudulently, urging the court to protect the estate. Sunjay had died in London in June last year....
