Lucknow, Feb. 21 -- BJP MLA Rajeshwar Singh has proposed to set up a Multi-Institutional Innovation Hub/Start-up Facilitation Centre near IIM-L in the state capital to encourage innovation-based entrepreneurship in Uttar Pradesh. The proposed Innovation Hub would involve collaboration with key departments of the state government-the IT and Electronics Department, the MSME Department, the Industrial Development Department, the Higher Education Department, the Startup and Innovation Cell, and Invest UP.
