Karnal, Feb. 13 -- A 24-year-old woman working with a private firm in Gurugram was killed and her brother injured in Ambala on Wednesday after a speeding car, allegedly driven by an intoxicated Haryana Police constable, rammed into the e-rickshaw they were travelling in, an officer aware of the matter said on Thursday. The victim, identified as Nikita Bajaj, a resident of Kartar Nagar in Ambala city, had just arrived at Ambala Cantt bus stand from Delhi with her brother, Harsh, to attend a family function. Around 9 pm, the siblings boarded the e-rickshaw, in which a couple was already sitting. SHO of Parao police station, inspector Dharamvir Singh said that after crossing the GRP police station, Head Constable Amit Kumar hit the e-rickshaw from behind with his car near the Kali Paltan Bridge on NH-44 in Ambala Cantonment....
