Dehradun, May 1 -- The Uttarakhand forest department has suspended two forest guards and attached a forester after a controversy over grand wedding preparations linked to a state minister's family inside the core zone of Rajaji Tiger Reserve, officials aware of the matter said on Thursday. Forest guards Amit Saini and Abhishek Kaintura have been suspended, while forester Amrita, posted in the Chilla range of the reserve, has been attached following a preliminary inquiry, said an order issued by the forest department on Tuesday.
