1,000 women candidates to attend Agniveer recruitment rally in city
LUCKNOW, Jan. 20 -- The Indian Army will conduct a one-day 'Women Military Police Agniveer Recruitment Rally' at the AMC Centre and College, Lucknow Cantonment, on February 18 with around 1,000 shortlisted candidates from Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand expected to participate.
The rally organised under the aegis of the Recruiting Zone Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and Recruiting Office (Headquarters), Lucknow is part of the ongoing Agniveer recruitment process and marks the sixth such rally in Uttar Pradesh. Only candidates who have successfully cleared the online Common Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted in July 2025 have been invited to attend the rally.
According to officials, separate admit cards have been issued to eligible candidates through their registered email IDs. Candidates have been instructed to report at the AMC Centre and College Stadium at 4am on the date mentioned on their admit cards.
Army officials said the rally will include physical fitness tests and other selection procedures as specified in the rally notification. Candidates have been advised to carry all original documents required for verification and ensure they are adequately prepared for the running and other physical tests.
The army has also cautioned candidates to remain vigilant against touts and middlemen, reiterating that the recruitment process is transparent and merit-based.
Any attempt to use unfair means will lead to disqualification, officials warned....
