'survey of all unsurveyed land to started'
PATNA, Feb. 13 -- The government on Thursday informed the state assembly that survey of unsurveyed land in all circles in the districts would be done after the completion of the ongoing special land survey in the state in next two years.
" We will conduct a special survey for all unsurveyed land in circles across the state once the special land survey work is completed in the next two years.
That is our priority," said deputy chief minister-cum-revenue and land reforms minister Vijay Kumar Sinha.
The announcement came during a short notice question raised by Manjit Kumar Singh of JD(U) who raised that due to non-survey of unsurveyed land in a large number of districts, people were facing problems in land transactions and also mutation.
The revenue minister said the government was aware of the matter of unsurveyed land and it would be mitigated soon.
