Haridwar, Feb. 23 -- Haridwar police arrested a 25-year-old man from Madhya Pradesh for allegedly stealing jewellery from a house in Shivalik Nagar after posing as a key-maker, senior officers said. The accused, Govind Chabra, a resident of Baria village in Gandhwani district, Madhya Pradesh, was held in Dhar on Saturday in a coordinated operation by Ranipur police and the crime investigation unit, police added.
