Jammu, Jan. 13 -- A forest fire on Monday caused nearly half a dozen landmine blasts along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district, said officials. However, there were no reports of any casualty in the blasts, they added. "At 1.50 pm, a a forest fire suddenly broke out in Basooni Forward area near the LoC ahead of the fence in Balakote sector. Around half a dozen landmines exploded in the fire," said a police officer.
