Shimla, March 10 -- Himachal Pradesh revenue and horticulture minister Jagat Singh Negi, during a meeting with revenue officials of Kumarsain and Kotgarh on Monday, asked the officials to dispose of land lease cases within one month. He said that under various land allotment schemes, land leases were issued to people in Kumarsain and Kotgarh about 50 years ago. In most cases, land leases were issued but the mutation (transfer in revenue records) has not been carried out to date. In other cases, the leases were approved and the premium (nazrana) was also deposited, but the lease documents were never issued....
