Srinagar, March 19 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday condemned the recent attack carried out by Pakistan in Afghanistan that claimed 400 lives. Party spokesman Altaf Thakur termed the attack "cowardly" and emphasised the need for the international community to take stern action against Pakistan. Thakur urged the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), of which Pakistan is a member, to unanimously condemn Pakistan's actions and expel the country from the organization. "It's ironic that Pakistan, which claims to be a champion of Muslim interests, has carried out such a heinous attack on people in Afghanistan, especially during the holy month of Ramadan," he said....
