Rhb's Samriddhi Apartments bag SKOCH gold prize
Jaipur, March 30 -- The Rajasthan Housing Board's Samriddhi Apartment Scheme has been conferred the prestigious SKOCH Gold Award. Housing commissioner Dr. Rashmi Sharma received the award at a summit held at India Habitat Centre in New Delhi on Saturday.
Sharma said the award has reinforced the Board's credibility among the public. She congratulated the entire team and reiterated the Board's commitment to providing affordable housing with modern amenities.
She said two categories of flats were developed under the Samriddhi project. While estimated cost of 960 sq ft and 1,100 sq ft flats was Rs.33 lakh and Rs.36 lakh respectively, the Board successfully delivered them at Rs.31 lakh and Rs.35 lakh without compromising on quality.htc...
