Alwar, Feb. 22 -- The owner of the factory in Bhiwadi where seven workers from Bihar were killed in a blast on Monday was arrested on Saturday from his home in Delhi, a senior police officer said. Alwar superintendent of police (SP) Manish Kumar said the accused, Hemant Sachdeva's name arose during the interrogation of the other two accused, Hemant Kumar, who was managing the explosion site, and supervisor Abhinandan Tiwari. Another accused, Rajendra Kumar, who was initially named in the FIR as the owner of the plot where the factory stood, is still absconding, said the SP. "Prima facie, it was registered as a ready made garment manufacturing unit under Rajendra Kumar's name . However, police have recovered several packing boxes containing firecrackers, gunpowder and other inflammable substances suggesting that they used to manufacture firecrackers and some small explosives illegally," he said.
