Jaipur, Feb. 21 -- In a special drive against counterfeit currency, three men were arrested and 103 fake Rs.500 notes were seized in Jhalawar district, police said on Friday. The arrests were made on Thursday night during routine patrolling at Dangipura junction, police said. SP Amit Kumar said the police team was conducting checking when three men on a motorcycle were spotted approaching from the Aklera Road side. The suspects allegedly attempted to flee but police detained them. Police recovered 103 counterfeit notes of Rs.500 denomination from them, he said, adding the motorcycle was also seized. The accused were identified as Kamal Singh Tanwar (30), Ramcharan alias Kalu Tanwar (35), both residents of Dangipura, and Dev Singh Tanwar (30), a resident of Manoharthana.htc...
