13 states PICK option, 12 GO FOR Rs.97K-crore mode to fund GST shortfall
New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- Twelve states, including Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat, have told the Centre that they prefer the Rs.97,000 crore borrowing option to meet the Goods and Services Tax (GST) revenue shortfall, while Manipur is the only state to have so far picked the Rs.2.35 lakh crore option, finance ministry officials said on Sunday....
