Gurugram, Sept. 9 -- Residents of Gurugram Sector 10A complained that the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram wrongly installed speed breakers in their area that led to commuting troubles.

Vivek Grover, a social activist and a resident of Sector 10A said that speed breakers are allowed outside schools and hospitals.

"According to government guidelines, the speed breakers have to be at most 0.1 metre above the ground and the diameter of the hump should be at most 3.7 metres, but the ones constructed over the last six months on different roads of our gated colony are defy these limits and neither are they luminous enough for people to see it especially during the night.
