Haridwar, Jan. 11 -- A parking manager died after he was allegedly deliberately run over by a car at the Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay multi-level parking lot near Har-ki-Pauri in Haridwar district on Saturday, police said, adding that murder case has been registered and efforts are underway to ascertain the identity of the accused.
