24-yr-old dies after car rams into dumper
Gurugram, March 16 -- A 24-year-old man from Anandpur village in Faridabad died after his car hit a parked dumper truck on Pali-Faridabad road on Sunday, police said.
The deceased, identified as Mayank Bhadana, was a property dealer and was travelling to Gurugram for work in his Land Rover Defender. Police said the incident took place around 2pm when Bhadana took a sharp turn while allegedly trying to save a nilgai on the road.
The victim's car rammed into a parked dumper truck on the roadside, leading to his death, officers aware of the incident said, adding that the car was completely damaged in the accident.
A complaint has been registered by the family members at Surajkund Police Station under section 194 (police inquiries into suicides, suspicious deaths, or unnatural fatalities) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), officers added.
The family has not alleged any foul play in the accident, police said.
The autopsy has been conducted and the body was handed over to the family, police said, adding that investigation is underway to identify the truck driver....
