India, Feb. 2 -- Weight loss journeys are hard and they are even tougher for mothers in the postpartum phase trying to get back in shape. For new mums, that stubborn belly area, often known as 'mum pooch' can be particularly difficult to tighten and tone up.
Actor Sonnalli A Sajnani, who welcomed a baby girl in 2024, has shared her postpartum weight loss workout routine.
She demonstrates three exercises to 'destroy the mum pooch', for 20 seconds each with a 10-second rest between each set:
