Naila Grrewal spills her Holy Grail for healthy skin
India, Feb. 19 -- Actors may always appear camera-ready, but long hours under harsh lights, layers of heavy makeup and back-to-back shoot days can disrupt the skin barrier, trigger sensitivity and accelerate fatigue. Naila Grrewal, known for the web series Maamla Legal Hai and films including Thappad (2020) and Tamasha (2015), spills the tea.
The 29-year-old has made her skin health a priority: "I've become almost obsessive about cleansing properly and letting my skin breathe whenever possible, especially on days off from shoots. Hydration, barrier repair and sunscreen are my holy trinity."

She shares, "If I'm travelling, I add a hydrating mist and under-eye patches or a hydrating eye cream, because sleep can sometimes be a luxury, not a guarantee."
On makeup techniques she has picked up over the years, she shares, "Applying blush before foundation gives a natural, flushed-from-within look. And another tip: apply tiny amounts of concealer and build it up depending on the coverage you need, instead of starting with too much."...
