India, Jan. 22 -- US-based content creator Charlie Evans, living in Saket, has found himself unexpectedly hooked on Delhi's street food culture, with momo emerging as his biggest weakness. In a recent video shared online which has gained 137k views, Evans spoke about how a simple walk through the IGNOU Road in South Delhi often turns into a test of his willpower because of the overpowering aroma of freshly steamed momo.
The creator highlighted that the aroma of momo from the street vendors is enough to spark hunger - even if he has already eaten the dish just hours earlier. Laughing about his lack of restraint and jokingly calling it "momo curse", Evans admitted that resisting the temptation on that street feels nearly impossible.
For Evans, what began as occasional street food sampling has now turned into a daily craving. He added that living in India, momo are no longer just a snack but part of his everyday routine.
He captioned the video, "Vlog: curse of the MoMo," a phrase that quickly resonated with viewers. The comments section was soon flooded with humorous reactions, with one user calling him a "momo paglu," while several others admitted they, too, could survive on momo every day.
