India, March 15 -- A handwritten letter by John F Kennedy, former US President assassinated in 1963, to Swedish aristocrat Gunilla von Post is now up for auction more than 70 years later. Written in 1955 on US Senate letterhead, the note asks von Post to "write to me right away" as Kennedy planned a trip to Europe. At the time, he was a senator from Massachusetts. The letter also mentions his possible visit to Stockholm and is signed as 'Jack'. Coming with the original envelope, written in JFK's handwriting, the item is being sold by RR Auction and is expected to fetch over $30,000 (approx Rs.28 lakh)....
