A man shared his experience on the subreddit r/NoStupidQuestions, saying that after moving to the guest room due to clashing sleep habits, he realised they both slept better apart. "I flip and flop... like to stay up, read with lamp on, and she doesn't like any of those things," he said, adding that separate rooms meant better sleep, better moods, and waking up well-rested.
