India, Jan. 29 -- Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar died aged 66 on Wednesday after his aircraft crashed while attempting to land in Baramati, Maharashtra. All six people aboard were declared dead, including Pawar; his security officer, Vidip Jadhav; pilots Shambhavi Pathak and Sumit Kapur; and flight attendant, Pinki Mali. Several actors expressed grief and shock at the news.
