A new culinary chapter @ Sorrento with chef Simone Cipriani
India, Feb. 3 -- Shangri-La Eros New Delhi invites guests to experience the flavours of Italy as Michelin-trained chef Simone Cipriani takes over award-winning Sorrento for an exclusive pop-up from February 4 to 10. The signature collection features Beetroot and Mushroom Tartare, Fish and Pasta Soup with Parsley and Candied Lemon, Roasted Chicken with Olives and more.
With international experience spanning Michelin-starred restaurants, he has been recognised by Food & Wine magazine as one of Italy's most influential chefs under 35.
The set menu is available for lunch and dinner, priced at Rs.5,000 + taxes per person, with an optional wine pairing at Rs.7,500 + taxes to enrich each course.
