India, Feb. 1 -- The Capital witnessed a multi-sensory experience blending the worlds of art, fashion and music on Friday. Art forms from Rajasthan, West Bengal and Assam were brought together under one roof at the second edition of Anant Samagam by Aalekh Foundation, concluding today. Calling it a confluence of culture, the founder of the foundation, Rennie Joyy, said that the binding factor between the three states is the different artforms emerging from them: "A common thread connecting them is storytelling, for example dance forms like Sattriya from Assam, Baul from West Bengal, and Manganiyar from Rajasthan." Designers Pallavi Jaipur, Jahnabi Phookan, Sonam Dubal and Bappaditya Biswas, also showcased their collection inspired from various states. The event was attended by photographer Samar Jodha, art curator Ina Puri and designer Jenjum Gadi, among others....
