India, Feb. 5 -- Actor Rasha Thadani, who made her acting debut last year with Azaad,has added another feather to her cap. The 20-year-old recently made her singing debut with the song, Chaap Tilak, from her upcoming film Laikey Laika co-starring Abhay Verma. Speaking about her musical journey, Rasha, trained in Hindustani Classical music, says, "Performing arts as a whole has always been something that I've loved." She adds, "I always wanted to sing, it has been my passion. I am a completely obsessed shower singer. I'm so grateful that I now get a step into the music industry." The song Chaap Tilak, which speaks about oneness with the Almighty, is deeply spiritual for actor Raveena Tandon's daughter. She explains, "I've done all 12 jyotirlings (pilgrimages to Shiva shrines in India). Shiva is a part of life more than religion for me. He is the god of art and dancing, and the song is an ode to him. My art belongs to him." Rasha also received praise for her vocals from actor Prabhas. Calling it a "confidence booster", the the actor says, "He's such a huge star, but so fine and supportive. To have him give me motivation is so heart-touching."...
