India, Jan. 29 -- It's been a quiet stretch onscreen for Sanjana Sanghi, but the actor insists that the wait will be worthwhile. "We are working on the sequel for Dhak Dhak (2023) and the script has turned out really well. Then there's my web series debut in the coming years; I'm really looking forward to doing my first full-on show," she says. Reflecting on the film's impact, she says, "It's a fun travel film about four women, but it speaks subliminally about empowerment. Women have told me they picked up their bags and went on bucket-list trip after watching it." As she gets ready to turn 30 this year, Sanjana is keen to explore entrepreneurship. She also finds purpose beyond cinema as a Youth Champion for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) India. "It's a privilege to represent the youth on global stages. When the UN and the Gates Foundation are backing you, it makes you realise that life isn't just about your own success. There's joy in collective success," she ends....
