India, Feb. 5 -- Concerns over online 'love games' have broken out on social media following the tragic death of three teenagers by suicide in Ghaziabad early Wednesday. Nishika (16), Prachi (14), and Pakhi (12), jumped off their ninth-floor apartment, attributed to dangerous tasks assigned in a so-called Korean 'love game'. Police is examining the broader ecosystem of what is called 'Korean love games'. This is not one specific platform but a category of online, task-based interactive games inspired by Korean pop culture: K-dramas, K-pop music, and romantic stories.
