Kharar, Feb. 2 -- St John's School (co-ed) celebrated the 77th Republic Day with great enthusiasm, pride, and patriotic fervour on the school premises. The entire school campus was beautifully decorated in accordance with the Republic Day theme, creating a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere. The celebration was graced by the presence of all Management Committee members, along with the school staff and students. The programme commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by the school director, Gurwinder Singh, followed by the National Anthem, filling the environment with a sense of unity and national pride. On this occasion, the school secretary Paras Bajaj, encouraged the students to move forward with confidence and motivated them to strive for excellence, thereby boosting their morale. The cultural programme was a major highlight of the event. Kindergarten students mesmerised the audience with their delightful singing and dance performances, winning everyone's hearts with their innocence and confidence. The Primary Wing students presented melodious patriotic song and an impressive cultural dance, representing different states of India and showcasing the country's rich cultural diversity. All students were provided with refreshments, adding to the joy of the celebration. The school principal Poonam Ahuja, appreciated the efforts of students and teachers and extended her heartfelt Republic Day greetings to everyone.
