Spring Dale School pays tribute to ex-chairman
Ludhiana, March 11 -- At Spring Dale Public School, the birth anniversary of former chairman Sardar Nirmal Singh Walia was observed with great devotion and reverence.
As he was a great admirer of Gurbani, keeping his deep faith in mind, the recitation of Sukhmani Sahib was organised in the holy presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in the school premises. On this occasion, the sehaj path bhog was also performed.
During the programme, the assembly was spiritually enriched through soulful shabad kirtan and the entire school premises resonated with divine hymns. The programme concluded with ardas and the divine Hukamnama. After the conclusion, 'karah prasad' and 'guru ka langar' were served to the entire gathering.
On this occasion, the school chairperson Avinash Kaur Walia, shared with the congregation the tireless efforts and contributions made by Sardar Nirmal Singh Walia.
She also inspired the staff members to follow the noble path shown by him.During the programme, the school directors Mandeep Walia and Kamal Preet, deputy director Sonia Verma and principal Anil Kumar Sharma also paid respect at the holy feet of the guru and prayed for the bright future of the school and its students....
